The Prime Minister sends his best wishes along with a reaffirmed commitment to bolster growth and prosperity despite global uncertainty.
In his open letter dated on April 12 to cheer the Khmer New Year, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, with the highest respect, conveyed his best wishes to His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni and Her Majesty Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and expressed his deep gratitude for their guardian.
The Premier wished his fellow Cambodians best wishes, along with key highlights on increased wages for civil servants and garment workers, expanded social security schemes to address poverty gaps, and pushing development inclusion, quality education, safety, and social order.
He also shared the government’s ongoing endeavours in promoting the country’s infrastructure and logistics, diversifying energy sources, leveraging agriculture products, expanding export markets, and accelerating tourism and investment, as well as creating job opportunities.
