Vietnam-Cambodia Business Association (VCBA) has pledged to cooperated with the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) to promote Cambodia's potential to attract Vietnamese investors to invest in Cambodia in different areas, especially agriculture. The pledge was made by Oknha Leng Rithy while leading here on Mar. 6 a delegation of VCBA, composed of representatives from 16 companies, to pay a courtesy call on H.E. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister, CDC First Vice President. For his part, H.E. Sun Chanthol thanked the investors for their decision to invest and expand their investment in Cambodia. He laid stress on peace, stability and economic growth of Cambodia as well as the open Investment Law, support transport infrastructure, and clean energy goal. VCBA was established in 2018 and has more than 100 member companies. The association is aimed to contribute to supporting the business sector between Vietnam and Cambodia, developing human resource, education, vocational training and trade sectors.
