Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet has urged all stakeholders to consider organising mixed Khmer martial arts events. Addressing the 'Successor' Gala Dinner at Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this evening, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet explained that the organisation of Khmer martial arts events is aimed to preserve them. The Premier added that Cambodia has different kinds of martial arts, not only Kun Khmer and Bokator, but also Yuthkrom Khorm and Sragne Pen. 'We have to find a way to preserve them (Khmer martial arts), otherwise they will be lost [one day],' Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said. 'We need to think and conduct research so that we can protect them.' Source: Agence Kampuchea Presse
