South Korean artificial intelligence company Saltlux Inc. said Thursday it will launch an AI search service in South Korea and the United States next month. The service, named Goover, is a next-generation AI agent platform, which can provide not only search features but also customized information and in-depth reports to its users, the company explained. "Goover is a completely new search platform that incorporates diverse functions, from search and language models to document generation and information sharing," said Joshua Bae, head of Saltlux's U.S. branch. The Korean company also unveiled Luxia2, an upgraded version of its large language model (LLM) Luxia. Luxia2 can generate Korean language content at a speed about 18 percent faster than Llama3, the U.S. tech giant Meta Platforms' latest LLM, the company said. Source: Yonhap News Agency
