Hanwha 2023 net income down 18.6 pct to 1.63 tln won

Hanwha Corp. on Thursday reported its 2023 net profit of 1.63 trillion won (US$1.2 billion), down 18.6 percent from a year earlier. Operating profit for the year was 2.41 trillion won, up 1.8 percent from the previous year, the company said in a regulatory filing. Annual revenue rose 4.4 percent to 53.13 trillion won.
