The Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation organised at the famous Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap provincial city on June 2 a yoga and meditation programme with the participation of First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, the foundation's President, and about 100 members. This is the first time that the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation has organised a yoga and meditation programme at Angkor Wat, a place of worship for the Cambodian people, said the First Lady quoted by the APSARA National Authority. The purpose of this programme is to pray for happiness and join the humanitarian programme to raise funds to help Cambodian children under the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, as well as to promote mental health education programme, physical health, and calm, which encourages people to love peace, she added. Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet also thanked the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation for organising this important event and all the donors for their financial contributions to the foundation so as to support the Kantha Bopha Hospital's operation in providing free-of-charge medical care and treatment to children without discrimination.
