Addressing the celebration of the 26th National Culture Day here at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said the Royal Government will continue to support and promote the culture preservation in all circumstances. H.E. Mrs. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, said in all circumstances, whether in happiness or in difficult situation, the Royal Government of Cambodia has always clearly defined that culture is the soul of the nation, the national identity, the inexhaustible source for the foundation of strengthening the spirit of love for the motherland, reinforce internal unity, promote world recognition of the nation's ancient culture and civilisation and be a source of sustainable socio-economic development.
