Cambodian Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) H.E. PRAK Nguon Hong attended the 7th Indian Ocean Conference in Perth, Australia on Feb. 9-10. H.E. PRAK Nguon Hong also delivered a remark at the conference held under the theme "Towards a Stable and Sustainable Indian Ocean." According to a press release of the MFAIC issued this afternoon, H.E. the Secretary of State highlighted the priority of Cambodia on enhancing the centrality and solidarity of ASEAN while supporting multilateralism for a rules-based and inclusive region. He also stressed that Cambodia welcomes all initiatives which contribute to regional peace, stability and development, and advocated countries in the region to work side by side to further promote practical cooperation.
