Cambodia will continue to fostering her relations and cooperation with Myanmar in potential areas such as economy, trade, and people-to-people contacts. The commitment was reaffirmed by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, while receiving a courtesy call from newly appointed Ambassador of Myanmar to Cambodia H.E. Kyaw Soe Min, at the Peace Palace here this afternoon. The Cambodian Premier spoke highly of the long-standing diplomatic relations between the two ASEAN countries, and congratulated H.E. Kyaw Soe Min on his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Cambodia. For his part, the Burmese diplomat expressed his gratitude to the Royal Government of Cambodia for its support and assistance to Myanmar during the COVID-19 spread. H.E.
