Cambodia ITF Taekwondo athletes returned home this morning from the 10th ITF Asian Taekwondo Championships in India with 24 medals - 3 gold, 7 silver and 14 bronze. Cambodia ranked third among more than 20 participating countries across Asia. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea topped the medal table, followed by Kazakhstan. The first gold medal was won by Mr. Khoeun Bunlong in Individual Special Techniques event, while the other two in men's Team Power Breaking and men's Team Special Techniques events. Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet on Aug. 25 extended his congratulations to the Cambodian ITF Taekwondo athletes on their achievements at the 10th ITF Asian Taekwondo Championships. The 10th ITF Asian Taekwondo Championships was held from Aug. 21 to 25 in Bengaluru, India, with the participation of more than 750 athletes. The Cambodian delegation for this regional competition was composed of 27 members, of them 17 were athletes (6 women), and led by H.E.
