The three-day celebration of the 2nd National Science, Technology and Innovatio kicked off here at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre this morning, under the presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet.
This event was organised by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation with sponsors and partnership from different state institutions and the private sector.
Addressing the function, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said this is a witness of the Royal Government’s commitment for the innovation toward an upper-lmiddle-income country by 2030 and a high-income nation by 2050.
‘The main theme of this event – Small and Medium Enterprises Towards Science, Technology and Innovation – is the right direction set by the Royal Government in order to boost productivity of private enterprises through the integration of technology in the production line to increase efficiency and added value,’ he pointed out.

ation said this year’s event aiming to promote the cooperation of all stakeholders in the national innovation system to capture the potential of science, technology and innovation.
‘It will promote a deeper understanding of the role of science, technology and innovation among the policy makers, researchers and the private sector, as well as serving the mainstreaming science, technology and innovation to promote productivity and progress for small and medium enterprises’, he underlined.
This events took place from Mar. 24-26, 2024 for the public with a total of 228 booths, including 15 food and beverage booths, educational and higher education institutions, new businesses and development partners.
