Cambodian Senate President, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, received here at the Senate Palace this morning H.E. Mohammed Abdul Hye, outgoing Ambassador of Bangladesh to Cambodia. During the farewell meeting, H.E. Mohammed Abdul Hye said he used to be a desk officer on Cambodia in the 1990s, when the Kingdom was in a very difficult situation. Now, he is surprised to witness the rapid development of Cambodia, which he attributes to the country's peace, stability and development. Cambodia is a good lesson and example for other countries, underlined the outgoing diplomat, congratulating and praising Cambodia for the smooth and peaceful transfer of power to the next generation of leaders. On behalf of the speaker of the Bangladesh National Parliament, H.E. Mohammed Abdul Hye extended an invitation to Samdech Techo Hun Sen to pay an official visit to Bangladesh and share the value of peace and stability for development. For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen briefed his guest on the peace-seeking pro cess in Cambodia until the current development. The Cambodian senate president also spoke highly of the leadership of H.E.
