President Yoon Suk Yeol will have a summit with New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon in Seoul next week to discuss bilateral and regional issues, Yoon's office said Monday. Luxon will make an official visit to South Korea from Sept. 4-5, during which the two leaders will hold talks focused on strengthening bilateral ties as well as regional and international cooperation, the office said. Yoon and Luxon met last month on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Washington, where they, along with the leaders of Japan and Australia, issued a joint statement condemning the increasing military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.
