Sabah continued their impressive performance in the women's quadrant event, where they defeated Sarawak 17-14, 15-7 to win the gold. Sarawak had to settle for silver, and Penang won bronze after a 2-0 victory over Perak in the third-place match. The men's doubles event saw Sabah completing their gold medal haul by defeating Perak 15-11, 15-13. Perak took silver, while FT got the bronze by beating Melaka 2-0. In the men's quadrant category, Terengganu clinched gold after a thrilling final against Pahang, winning 10-15, 15-11, 15-8.
