The Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) and the Russia's Lomonosov Moscow State University have entered into an agreement to promote the academic, cultural and scientific collaboration. The agreement was signed in Moscow on June 28 by Dr. Kin Phea, Director General of the RAC's International Relations Institute of Cambodia, and Prof. Dr. Andrey Shutov, Dean of Faculty of Political Science at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. The agreement is made to recognise the importance of the establishment of cooperation between the two educational institutions.
