He added that it also gives opportunities to Buddhist followers to pay respect to him, especially during the upcoming Khmer New Year next week.

Monk Dy Saran at Vimean Techeas Pagoda, also known as Srah Chak Pagoda, along Tonle Sap River in Phnom Penh, noted that most of the visitors to the monastery paid their respects to Venerable Tep Vong at the portrai

He also highly valued the hard work and sacrifice of Venerable Tep Vong, not only for Buddhism but also for humanitarian purposes.

In terms of charity work, the Great Supreme Patriarch Venerable Tep Vong had mobilised resources to build schools, hospitals, roads, clean water wells, ponds, and beyond.

He also supported many of those trapped in poverty, as well as those with disabilities, illnesses, and injuries.
