H.E. Buy Sophoan, Permanent Advisor of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), attends the Seoul Olympic Legacy Forum 2024 in the Republic of Korea. The forum, being held from Oct. 21 to 25 in Seoul, aims to share appreciation of Olympic achievements among participating countries. With leaders and experts of the world's Olympic movement there, the forum also discussed approaches to better prepare Olympic events in the future and to promote community development through sports.
