Samdech Moha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly (NA) of Cambodia, chaired here on Sept. 2 a meeting of the NA Standing Committee to review and approve several agendas.
After discussions, the Standing Committee decided to accept the draft laws proposed by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The two draft laws include the Draft Law on Wastewater System; and the Draft Law on the Approval of the Kingdom of Cambodia as a Party to the Agreement concerning the Adoption of Harmonised Technical United Nations Regulations for Wheeled Vehicles, Equipment, and Parts which can be Fitted and/or Used on Wheeled Vehicles and the Conditions for Reciprocal Recognition of Approvals Granted on the Basis of these United Nations Regulations.
These drafts will be submitted to NA Specialised Commissions for further review, study, and reporting back to the Standing Committee.
