Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) and Ministry of Inspection have reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation for Training on Diplomacy and International Relations between the two countries. The signing ceremony took place at the MFAIC on Sept. 12 between Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of MFAIC H.E. Sok Chenda Sophea and H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Inspection. According to the MFAIC, the MoU underlines the important role of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations in developing training programmes for leaders and officials of the Ministry of Inspection. H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Sok Chenda Sophea further emphasised that the cooperation aims to foster capacity-building and human resource development for government officials in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia's Pentagonal Strategy Phase I.
