KUALA LUMPUR, The two-day 266th meeting of the Conference of Rulers, which began yesterday at the Istana Negara, discussed the appointments of the chairman and members of the Public Services Commission (PSC), the chairman of the Election Commission (EC), and Royal Professors. The Office of the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal said the meeting, chaired by the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, also discussed a new policy proposal to amend Part III of the Federal Constitution regarding citizenship. "The meeting was briefed on the nation's security and defence by Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain and Chief of Defence Forces Gen Tan Sri Mohammad Ab Rahman," it said in a statement.
