MAIPS PRESENTS DONATION TO ESTONIAN ISLAMIC CENTRE

The Perlis Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPs) today presented a donation of Euro 400 (RM2,000) to the Estonian Islamic Centre here.

Raja Muda of Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail, who is also MAIPs president, handed over the donation to the Islamic centre president Mohammed Imran.

The Raja Muda, who is leading the Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) 17th Jelajah Ilmu (Knowledge Tour) to Latvia and Estonia, from Sept 10 to 17, also took the opportunity to mingle with the people at the centre.

He is accompanied by Raja Puan Muda of Perlis Tuanku Dr Hajah Lailatul Shahreen Akashah Khalil, who is UniMAP pro-chancellor, and their son, Syed Sirajuddin Areeb Putra.

Tallinn is the capital of the Baltic country and has 1.3 million citizens.
