Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) is committed to promoting investment potential in Cambodia among other Japanese companies, plus private sector matching. The commitment was reaffirmed by Ms. Marisa Haruta, Chief Representative of JETRO while she was paying a courtesy call on H.E. SUN Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister, and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), at the CDC's headquarters here on July 26. On the occasion, H.E. SUN Chanthol thanked the Government of Japan and JETRO for supporting and actively collaborating with Cambodia's mission for investment attraction and promotion to Japanese investors and businesspeople. Before the meeting, H.E. SUN presided over the completion of a two-day training course on excellence and successful experience in the establishment of JETRO Business Support Centre to CDC's specialist officials. The training course was a result of meeting between both sides in Japan last month. Source: Agence Kampuchea Presse
