The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has provided Cambodia with a concessional loan of more than US$54 million to further expand power transmission lines in Phnom Penh. The loan agreement was signed by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Mr. Sanui Kazumasa, JICA Chief Representative, on Sept. 23 here in Phnom Penh. The financing will focus on the construction of substations and transmission lines in Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh capital. On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, H.E.
