KUALA LUMPUR, Inta Bina Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM96.54 million construction contract from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract was for a property development project in Putra Heights, Selangor. Inta Bina said it had accepted a letter of award for constructing a block of 37-floor residential apartments with commercial units. "The construction period for the contract is set to be 30 months, commencing on Sept 18, 2024, and concluding on March 17, 2027.
