KUALA LUMPUR, Inta Bina Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM96.54 million construction contract from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract was for a property development project in Putra Heights, Selangor. Inta Bina said it had accepted a letter of award for constructing a block of 37-floor residential apartments with commercial units. "The construction period for the contract is set to be 30 months, commencing on Sept 18, 2024, and concluding on March 17, 2027. "The group intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and/or external borrowing," it added. Source: BERNAMA News Agency
