Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the National Defence H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha speaks highly of the good cooperation in the national defence sector between Cambodia and the Philippines. The appreciation was made in his separate meetings with visiting Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of the Philippines H.E. Gen. Romeo Saturnino Brawner, Jr., and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippines to Cambodia H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo, in Phnom Penh on Sept. 9. In the meeting with H.E. Gen. Romeo Saturnino Brawner, Jr., H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha said that the chief of staff's visit will further strengthen and expand the long-lasting relations between the two nations. Despite the complexities of regional and global issues, the two countries continue to support each other within bilateral, regional, and international frameworks, he added. H.E. Gen. Romeo Saturnino Brawner, Jr., thanked H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha for the warm hospitality and highlighted his support to acc elerate the cooperation with Cambodia on prevention of transnational crimes, terrorism, and beyond. In the meeting with H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo, H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha congratulated her new role in Cambodia, hoping that her mission will contribute to promoting the Cambodia-Philippines cooperation.
