Amman: Cambodian athletes have made a significant mark at the 2025 Asian Championship Adult and U21, held over five days from May 22 to May 26 in Jordan, by clinching a total of 11 medals. The impressive haul includes two gold, six silver, and three bronze medals. According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the two gold medals were achieved by Ms. Tin Sovann Bokeo in the U21 Jiu-Jitsu Show Women and Ms. Heng Seavhieng in the U21 Jiu-Jitsu Duo Women categories. This achievement highlights the skill and dedication of the Cambodian athletes who have consistently participated in this annual event. H.E. Thong Thorn, Acting President of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Cambodia, emphasized the importance of the championship as a platform for Cambodian athletes to enhance their technical expertise. He noted the federation's commitment by sending a delegate, a coach, a technical official, and six athletes to the prestigious event, which is organized by the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IJF).
