The Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Guangxi Radio and Television Administration of the People's Republic of China have reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen their cooperation in the areas of information and audio-visual. The commitment was emphasised during a meeting here on Aug. 14 between Cambodian Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra and visiting Mr. Lu Zhengning, Deputy Director General of Guangxi Radio and Television Administration. The two sides also touched on the exchange of visits and organisation of meetings for more effective cooperation. Mr. Lu Zhengning took the opportunity to invite H.E. Neth Pheaktra to attend the 6th ASEAN-China Media Week and the ASEAN-China Audiovisual Investors Conference 2024 in September. For his part, H.E. Neth Pheaktra highlighted the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Information and the China Central Radio and Television and the preparation for the 6th Annual Meeting in late October or early November this year to strengthen and expand the cooperation in the fields of information and audio-visual between the two countries.
