Cambodian wrestler, Mr. Heng Ratha, has grabbed a gold medal in 92kg category at the 2024 Southeast Asian Championship and Oceania Invitational in Thailand. Mr. Heng Ratha defeated his opponent from American Samoa 11-0 at the finals held this afternoon, said Mr. Casey Barnett, President of the Southeast Asian Wrestling Federation and Vice President of Wrestling Federation of Cambodia. Yesterday, Cambodian athletes also bagged six bronze medals in 53kg, 57kg, 61kg, 70kg, 74kg, and 77kg categories from the same tournament. The Wrestling Federation of Cambodia has sent 22 athletes and two referees to join the 2024 Southeast Asian Championship and Oceania Invitational being held in Chiang Mai from Sept. 25 to 29.
