The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has been committed to continuing supporting multilateral trading system and negotiations on any reforms that make the system more inclusive as to ensure that no people and member countries are left behind. The position was reiterated by H.E SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce, during the celebration of Cambodia's 20-Year Journey as a WTO Member, held in Geneva, Switzerland on June 26 as part of 9th Global Review of Aid for Trade, according to the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce. On the occasion, H.E. SOK Sopheak emphasised that Cambodia's structural socio-economic transformation has been driven by its integration into the global economy through the multilateral trading system of the WTO for the last 20 years. This special event was attended by the representatives of the missions to the WTO, negotiators, and representatives of many WTO members, as well as international organisations.
