Cambodia and Singapore are committed to further promoting military cooperation to contribute to peacekeeping, stability, and development. The commitment was made in a meeting between H.E. Gen. Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), and H.E. Vice-Admiral Aaron Beng, Singaporean Chief of Defence Force in Singapore, on Feb. 20. H.E. Gen. Vong Pisen underlined the good cooperation on human resources training, exchange of visits and information, prevention of terrorism and transnational crimes, humanitarian activities, and disaster rescue between the two militaries. Vice-Admiral Aaron Beng warmly welcomed Gen. Vong Pisen for his visit to Singapore to join the Singaporean Airshow and supported the cooperation enhancement between the two countries' armies in the future. Source: Agence Kampuchea Presse
