Senior officials of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) and the Japan Mine Action Service (JMAS) have met to discuss potential mine clearance cooperation. The discussion took place between Cambodian Senior Minister and CMAA First Vice President H.E. Ly Thuch and Mr. KARUBE Masakazu, JMAS President, at CMAA headquarters on Jan. 9. H.E. Ly Thuch highly appreciated the cooperation between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the JMAS in mine clearance so far.
