In the capacity as the Country-Coordinator for ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations, Cambodia has co-chaired with Russia the 20th ASEAN-Russia Senior Officials' Meeting (ARSOM). The meeting took place in Saint Petersburg, Russia on April 25-26 under the co-chairmanship of H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, and H.E. Andrey Rudenko, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Russia's SOM Leader. According to the MFAIC, the meeting reviewed the practical cooperation encompassing the three ASEAN Community Pillars and discussed the future directions of the ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations, particularly the prioritised areas under the Comprehensive Plan of Action to implement the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership 2021-2025.
