The fifth seed and China Open 2024 champion pulled off a stunning upset against top seeds of China, Liang Wei Keng-Wang Chang as they came from behind to book a spot in the final at Energia Areena, 19-21, 21-17, 21-18 in 62 minutes. The world number eight pair will lock horns with either second seeds Kim Astrup-Anders Skaarup Rasmussen of Denmark or Thailand's Kittinipong Kedren-Dechapol Puavaranukroh, who are set to play in the other semi-finals tie later today.
