AEON BIG CONTINUES ORANGE DAY CAMPAIGN TO APPRECIATE LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Aeon BiG Sdn Bhd (AEON BiG) today organised the sixth edition of Orange Day at its Subang Jaya branch here to honour loyal customers of the hypermarket.

AEON BiG managing director Sheikh Farouk Sheikh Mohamed said the Orange Day was a follow-up of the Rahmah Sales initiative launched by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living earlier this year.

“We aim to also offer our customers daily necessities at low prices,” he told Bernama when met at the hypermarket here.

Elaborating, he said AEON BiG is offering discounts of 25 to 45 per cent on various items such as home furnishings, kitchen items and electrical appliances from 10 am to 10 pm today.

“The objective of Orange Day is to attract new customers to shop at AEON BiG and provide the best service to our customers,” he said.

Sheikh Farouk also said the initiative will be conducted throughout the year at 21 AEON BiG branches across Peninsular Malaysia.

“So far, we have organised Orange Day at Wangsa Maju, Ampang, Kluang (Johor), Putrajaya and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn branches. On July 29, we will have the same programme at AEON BiG branches in Klang, Selangor and Batu Pahat, Johor,” he said.

He said the company always strives to reach out to the local community to make AEON BiG their preferred hypermarket for purchasing essential items by providing a good shopping experience and hopes that they will return in the future.

According to Sheikh Farouk, the Orange Day campaign also offers various activities for customers with attractive prizes.

“Today, we invited the Kandora band to entertain our shoppers. Customers also stand a chance to win AEON BiG gift cards by scanning a QR code today,” he said.
