The number of COVID-19 cases in Myanmar increased to 402,640 yesterday, after 3,358 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to a release from the Ministry of Health.<\/P>
A total of 101 new deaths were reported, bringing the death toll to 15,490 in the country, as of yesterday, the release said.<\/P>
According to the ministry\u2019s figures, a total of 353,811 patients have been discharged from hospitals, and over 3.65 million samples have been tested for COVID-19, so far.<\/P>
Over 2.1 million people have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of Tuesday.<\/P>
Myanmar detected 15 cases of Delta variant in the country, after samples were tested on Aug 28, the ministry\u2019s recent release said.<\/P>
The Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, on Tuesday, donated 500 oxygen concentrators to the Ministry of Health, according to the embassy\u2019s release yesterday.<\/P>
Myanmar detected its first two COVID-19 cases on Mar 23, last year.\u2013<\/P>
